I was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio (Buckeye proud). I had the opportunity in my youth to travel and be part of an amazing organization (C.I.S.V.) that shaped who I am and how I think. I lived in the Netherlands for a year as a Nanny to two wonderful children. In my late 20s, I moved to Arizona where I worked for the City of Peoria for 14 years. I earned a Master's degree in Education and Human Relations from NAU (which I'm doing absolutely nothing with). As a 20-year volunteer for Arizona Game and Fish Department, I've had the pleasure and honor to work with some amazing native wildlife; Hunter the bobcat is my favorite. On the professional side, I'm a wine consultant/educator with Wines for Humanity promoting boutique wines and giving back to charity, with the goal of ending homelessness. Additionally, I've been a private caregiver to a wonderful young man for three years. Other fun facts... • Proud pet parent to two cats and a dog • Roofed a house to pay my way to Europe • Got my first tattoo at 50 • Occasional Habitat for Humanity volunteer • I'm not a good liar (I laugh and it gives me away)
